Apple appeals part of Epic Games judgment in US ordering end to in-app steering rules, seeks stay on injunction

Apple today appealed part of a US judge’s ruling in its legal battle with Epic Games, a case the tech giant won on the core federal monopolization claims while being found to have broken California state competition law with rules preventing developers from steering customers to alternative in-app payment options.
