Appeals court says lower court must decide whether Colombian businessman is immune from corruption charges

A federal appeals court yesterday told a lower court to decide whether Colombian businessman Alex Saab Moran is a diplomat immune from US prosecution on corruption charges.

Saab Moran, who is charged with money laundering in connection with a scheme to bribe Venezuelan government officials, has claimed he is a special Venezuelan envoy
