ANZ, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup Australian criminal-cartel jury trial will start in May 2022

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, Citigroup Global Markets Australia and Deutsche Bank, along with six associated executives, will face trial in May 2022, with a Sydney judge today expressing dismay that both prosecutors and defense lawyers in the criminal-cartel case had agreed to a further delay.
