Antitrust decision against Booking.com to change its no-refund policy overturned by Seoul High Court

An antitrust decision that ordered Booking.com to change its no-refund policy by South Korea’s antitrust regulator was overturned by the Seoul High Court today.
“The corrective order imposed by the defendant on the plaintiff on Feb. 12, 2019 is canceled,” the judge read. The defendant is the Korea Fair Trade
