Antitrust, consumer violations in Australia's construction industry an ACCC priority in 2020

Australia’s construction industry continues to be a focus of Australia's competition watchdog, with investigations into anticompetitive conduct in the multi-billion-dollar industry on the regulator's list of targets for 2020.

In a statement to MLex, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, or ACCC, said that investigations have started and will focus on the commercial construction
