Android users drop CCPA claim in lawsuit over Google's tracking of app activity

Android smartphone users agreed to drop their claim that Google violated the California Consumer Privacy Act by tracking their app activity, attorneys told a US magistrate judge in San Jose, California, today during a video hearing.
