American Airlines loses challenge to Delta's right to airport slots in EU court

American Airlines has lost its appeal against a European Commission decision granting Delta Air Lines permanent rights to slots at the London Heathrow and Philadelphia airports that it obtained as a condition of American Airlines’ 2013 merger with US Airways.
