Amazon, US FTC dispute deadlines, document access early on in dark patterns case

Amazon and the US Federal Trade Commission are already disputing reply deadlines and privileged documents less than a month after the agency filed claims in US district court that the “Iliad Flow” Prime cancellation process uses deceptive dark patterns that violate the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act.
