Amazon’s ‘monopolist’ conduct in audiobook markets affects billions in sales, US suit says

Amazon’s pricing penalties against audiobook authors who distribute through competitors and an exclusive agreement with Apple have resulted in supracompetitive costs affecting “billions of dollars of sales” in a booming market, according to a proposed US class action lawsuit filed today in Washington federal court.
