Amazon loses Indian court appeal against Future Coupons gun-jumping fine

Amazon has suffered a significant setback in the legal battle over its initial investment in Future Coupons, with an Indian industry tribunal this week upholding a 2 billion rupees ($25.59 million) gun-jumping fine against the US e-commerce giant.
