Amazon-iRobot deal raises competition concerns, pressure group says, urging UK CMA intervention

Amazon’s $1.7 billion purchase of iRobot could create a “home knowledge juggernaut,” an interest group has warned, urging the UK’s competition watchdog to intervene.
Foxglove Legal, a “community interest company,” told the Competition and Markets Authority that the deal could bolster Amazon’s already strong position in smart home devices.
