Amazon, Flipkart lose appeal against antitrust probe in India

E-commerce majors Amazon.com and Walmart-owned Flipkart have lost their appeal challenging an earlier decision that allowed the Indian competition regulator to continue probing allegations of anticompetitive behavior by the pair, a spokesman for Amazon told MLex.
