Amazon fined in India for concealing information ahead of 2019 Future Coupons deal

Amazon has been fined 2.02 billion rupees ($26.56 million) and could see its 2019 acquisition of a 49 percent stake in Future Coupons unwound after the Indian antitrust enforcer ruled the online marketplace had concealed information when it sought merger clearance.
