Amazon defends brand and IP value in court appeal of EU's Luxembourg tax decision

Amazon.com today outlined arguments to EU judges over why they should overturn a European Commission state-aid decision that ordered Luxembourg to claw back eight years' worth of unpaid taxes from the US e-commerce giant.
