Amazon appeal of French book fee heads to EU Court of Justice

Amazon’s fight against a minimum shipping fee for books in France will be heard at the EU’s highest court.
The tech giant appealed against a ministerial order setting a minimum shipping fee for books — intended to strengthen the country’s book publishing industry and help independent and physical bookstores
