Amazon abused dominance and harmed UK sellers, latest collective damages claim argues

Amazon faces a new collective claim in the UK seeking billions of pounds in damages for thousands of third-party sellers over “multiple” practices alleged to be abusive.
Law firm Geradin Partners today said the planned claim — which it said would be filed "shortly" at the UK’s specialist antitrust court (see here)
