Altice loses M&A 'gun-jumping' fines appeal at EU General Court

Altice has largely lost its bid to annul fines imposed by the European Commission for late notification and gun-jumping in its acquisition of Portugal Telecom, according to a judgment by the EU’s General Court today (see here).
