Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu face fresh warning shot as China requires self-review in a month

Alibaba, Tencent and Baidu are among 34 Chinese tech players facing a fresh order by China's State Administration for Market Regulation to conduct a self-inspection of their operations within a month. The authority warned that it will hand out severe punishments if it finds any platform operator engaging in any exclusivity arrangements
