Airwave price-control decision based on ‘rational’ approach, UK competition regulator tells court

Motorola’s Airwave Network saw price controls correctly imposed on it as the result of a “rational” consideration, the UK competition regulator told a judge today in its defense against the company's criticism of the decision.
