Adyen imposes entry barriers in payment acquiring market, Safra tells Brazil’s CADE

Brazilian bank Safra and its payment acquirer, SafraPay Credenciadora, have told the national competition agency that rival Adyen abuses its dominant position and imposes entry barriers in the payment acquiring market.
The Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, is analyzing Safra’s request to reopen an antitrust probe into Adyen
