Adobe sees EU merger regulator restart Figma deal review

US software giant Adobe has seen the EU merger probe into its bid for design software rival Figma resumed.
The European Commission restarted its investigation on Oct. 16, according to a website update. It now has until Feb. 5, 2024, to decide on the $20 billion deal.
