Adobe's $20 billion Figma buyout could face EU scrutiny as Austria seeks referral

Adobe could face EU scrutiny of its plan to buy rival design software platform Figma after Austria’s competition watchdog asked the European Commission to investigate the $20 billion deal.
The Austrian competition watchdog filed a referral request to the EU watchdog today, it said in a statement (see here).
