Aditya Birla Group subsidiary downplays Indian overlaps in Aditya Marketing acquisition

An Aditya Birla Group subsidiary has reaffirmed that its acquisition of Aditya Marketing and Manufacturing wouldn’t cause an appreciable adverse effect on competition, stating in its revised merger filing with the Indian antitrust watchdog that the overlaps were “merely notional.”
