Ad agencies Africa DDB, Publicis ask CADE to participate in Globo antitrust probe

Advertising agencies Africa DDB Brasil Publicidade and Grupo Publicis have asked the Brazilian competition agency to be allowed to participate in a probe involving broadcasting giant Globo.  

The Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, in December banned Globo from offering bonuses for the volume of ads that agencies
