Acquittal of PLN ex-president in BlackGold graft case in Indonesia upheld on appeal

Indonesia’s Supreme Court has upheld the aqcuittal of the former head of Indonesian state-owned electricity company PLN, Sofyan Basir, from corruption charges, cementing a major loss for the country’s anti-graft agency.
