Comment: UnitedHealth-Change deal lands in lengthy timing agreement process at US DOJ

UnitedHealth’s planned acquisition of Change Healthcare has been drawn into a fairly long-term timing agreement with the US Department of Justice, and any resolution to the merger is likely still months away.
Under the agreement, the companies committed not to certify compliance with the DOJ’s second request for more information
