Comment: Truckmakers risk more damages claims in Spain after EU court ruling on time limits

Claimants in Spain have likely won more time to file their lawsuits against truckmakers over a cartel, following Wednesday’s preliminary ruling from the EU’s top court on a compensation claim against Volvo and DAF.
