Comment: Targeting Glencore execs is a bold move by UK prosecutor, but credit may need to be shared

As Glencore awaits sentencing in the UK for bribery offenses, the country's white-collar crime prosecutor will likely get some extra credit over news yesterday that it's now eyeing charges against up to 11 former executives of the Anglo-Swiss commodity trading giant.
That might not impress critics of the Serious Fraud
