Comment: Suit against Ancestry over use of Nevada yearbook photos approaches key juncture

More than two years after Ancestry was hit by a privacy and right of publicity suit by two Nevada brothers who say the genealogical site uploaded their high school yearbooks and used their photos and biographical data for commercial purposes without consent, the suit is approaching a critical decision point.
