Comment: Success of EU’s AI Act hinges on standards process that’s already causing headaches

When the EU’s Artificial Intelligence Act passed after a notoriously grueling final political negotiation in December, it was celebrated as a major success for the EU, long keen to be seen as the world leader in digital regulation.
Now the law is expected to be published in the EU's Official Journal
