Comment: Risk rises for disrupted jury trials as Covid-19 lockdown lengthens

Ongoing jury trials in the UK that were postponed last month due to the coronavirus lockdown face an increasing risk of having to be abandoned if defendants argue that delays prejudice their right to a fair trial.
