Comment: Microsoft-Activision deal not drawing much opposition in Brazil, unlikely to be declared complex

Microsoft's planned acquisition of Activision Blizzard isn’t generating much opposition in Brazil, with most of the public responses from market players presenting neutral opinions about the transaction to the national competition authority.
And after more than 100 days of review by the agency’s Superintendence, the deal isn’t likely to be declared
