Comment: Meta's failure to block UK mass claim on Facebook data moves focus to trial challenges

Meta Platforms may be smarting after failing to halt a multibillion-dollar UK mass claim targeting the data practices of its Facebook service, but the claimant knows she has plenty of challenges yet to overcome.
