Comment: Meta-Kustomer approval leaves EU one-stop-shop principle standing, though awkwardly

The EU merger regime's hallowed "one-stop shop" had a close call on Friday, with the German competition authority approving Meta's acquisition of Kustomer in step with the EU merger regulator's own decision.
But there are cracks in the edifice, and it's likely to be further strained.
