Comment: Lack of data to calculate cartel fines in Brazil ambulance probe pushes CADE to study alternate methods

An ambulance cartel probe where companies failed to submit their revenue data to the Brazilian competition authority has pushed the agency to study alternative ways to calculate its fines, which may spur discussions over the most appropriate calculation method in exceptional cases.
