Comment: In labor market criminal antitrust cases, US DOJ loses verdicts but scrapes out useful precedent

Last week was rough for US Department of Justice's antitrust division as juries shot down the agency’s first two attempts to convict defendants of criminal wage-fixing and no-poach charges. Despite that, the DOJ scraped out some useful precedent for its attorneys as they press on with similar cases.
