Comment: In JSW Steel's Section 232 tariff waiver suit, US exposes more flaws in process

US importers have long complained about the Commerce Department’s opaque decision-making in exempting products from steel tariffs, and the federal government’s recent update in a lawsuit appears to back those claims.
