Comment: Greiner gifted a smoother EU review for Recticel deal, but will it remain interested?

Austrian foam maker Greiner’s bid for rival Recticel should have a smoother path to EU approval now that the reluctant Belgian target has said it will sell off part of its foam business. But it may also be a move that turns Greiner off the deal altogether.
