Comment: Google pledge to never sell personal data under attack in California ad tech privacy suits

Google’s multi-billion-dollar ad tech business has triggered more than two dozen US antitrust lawsuits over the past six months from regulators and private plaintiffs, but three new ad tech lawsuits take a different tack: the suits challenge Google’s promise that it never sells its users’ personal information.
