Comment: EU’s Microsoft-Activision Blizzard approval puts behavioral remedies back in fashion

Microsoft’s behavioral promise to license video games for free to streaming services over 10 years was better than any divestment the European Commission could have secured.     
That argument made by the EU regulator in the wake of approving the deal, and in the decision itself, is an outlier
