Comment: Epic Games’ broadening of UK suit expands Google’s litigation risk

Google’s trial defense of Epic Games’ UK litigation over the US tech giant’s app-store practices has become more complicated.
That’s because Epic — whose game Fortnite was notoriously kicked off Google and Apple stores in 2020 following a commercial row — has told UK competition judges it is amending its lawsuit
