Comment: Czech network-sharing settlement suggests EU regulator will be even tougher on mobile mergers

Czech telecom operators’ success in persuading the European Commission of the benefits of pooling their network assets and costs should make the regulator more likely to stand firm against mobile companies consolidating to stimulate investment, now that it has given guidance on a healthy alternative.
