Comment: China’s bullying of EU governments won't make EV duty regime less likely

The risk of harsh Chinese retaliation might tempt some of the most exposed EU states to abstain from a crucial upcoming vote on the bloc’s plan to impose hefty countervailing duties on Chinese electric cars.
But by taking no stance, EU governments would let the European Commission call the shots
