Comment: Adobe-Figma reviews looking at entry barriers, labor concerns; rivals' views on deal are mixed

International antitrust agencies looking into the proposed Adobe-Figma deal have heard from at least one competitor to Figma that the deal in the market for all-in-one design tools would have a neutral effect on this rival, and that some believe it’s a dynamic market, MLex has learned.
