ZF wins unconditional EU clearance for Wabco deal

ZF Friedrichshafen has won unconditional EU approval to acquire German braking-systems specialist Wabco. 

The European Commission said in announcing the clearance today (see here) that it concluded that the transaction would not raise competition concerns in the European Economic Area.
