ZF, Wabco reach settlement clearing deal with US DOJ with divestitures (update*)

ZF Friedrichshafen and Wabco have reached a settlement with the US Department of Justice clearing their merger with divestitures, according to court papers.

Wabco will divest its North American steering components business R.H. Sheppard and related assets under the agreement (see here).* ZF announced plans to buy Wabco in March 2019
