White House again commits to veto of US defense bill, alleging Section 230 aids China

A spokeswoman for Donald Trump today affirmed the US president’s intention to veto the annual defense spending bill, citing lawmakers’ refusal to append a repeal of the legal shield that protects websites from liability for most hosted content.
