Wave of US CFTC forex fraud cases elicits warnings from top officials

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission has filed a spate of foreign exchange fraud cases this year, prompting admonitions from top officials.
“We continue to uncover and vigorously prosecute retail fraud and in Forex,” CFTC Chair Rostin Behnam said in a speech* yesterday (see here).
