Wave of truck-cartel claims sees pragmatic solution in Spanish courts, judge says

Volvo, Daimler, Iveco, MAN, Scania and DAF Trucks’ infringement of EU antitrust rules triggered thousands of damages claims that flooded courts all over Spain, but Barcelona’s competition courts have found a solution to unclog the system, according to a Spanish judge.
