Vyera Pharmaceuticals, Martin Shkreli sued by FTC, New York AG for monopolizing market for toxoplasmosis drug

Vyera Pharmaceuticals, a company formerly run by incarcerated hedge fund manager Martin Shkreli, was sued today by the US Federal Trade Commission and the New York Attorney General's Office for monopolizing the market for a toxoplasmosis drug used by patients with HIV and other conditions.
